He was born in 1956. He has graduated in B.S. degree and also has a diploma in manuscript restoring from France, specialized diploma in restoration of documents (UNESCO scholar from India) and 20 years occupation in restoring.

He was born in 1912 in Meshed. His father "Mirza Nasrollah Sahaf-bashi" and his brother "Mohammad Ali Sahaf-bashi" had the business of book binding and book mending of Astan Qods Razavi's collection, from previous generation.

He was a definite master in paper double-sheeting, coloring of ground, margin making, cover making, paper making and all other arts related to book making. He has done distinguished works in restoring and mending valuable art and cultural works.

Nowadays, his sons manage his workshop.
