In an ancient house, belonged to Dr. Shaghaghi, in Tehran, beautiful and various masterpieces of Stained Glass Painting are shown.
This museum opened in 1999. Because of reverse painting and using Acrylic and light colors, stained glass painting need special power in design, painting and also special elegance skill.
Subjects of these paintings in museum are:

Center of this art, was Shiraz, in Karim Khan Zand Period (18th century), that had a great impression in Shiraz Architecture. The main region of this Art was China and East Europe; businessmen have brought it to Iran. Now, Stained Glass Painting, is a combined Art of old styles and subjects with new Art elements.
