Wonderful scene. To make it 'perfect' the person needs to be on the right side, for providing a space to walk into. This can be achieved by working with layers in Photoshop.
The black and white works well. Also; watch for straight line on the bottom.

Subject matter is of significant interest, and requires the viewer to think about who the person might be, or what is destination. Excellent tonal range, and good subject for monochrome rendition.
Good detail throughout, although the image may have added interest by choosing a more shallow depth of field, to allow the background to blur but keep the subject sharp.
Did the photographer make an image when the subject was walking through the right side window area? This would leave more space for the subject to walk into.

Composition is excellent. Placing the figure so it does not overlap the door was very important. Having the figure in the lower left, moving out of the image, adds tension and interest.
