Excellent use of leading lines. Great choice of scene with texture of old buildings and tree. It would be nice to have the person closer by at least a step. Good choice for B & W, with some shadows at the right side made a tone or two lighter. Use LR or CS to lighten the man’s upper body a little to bring up and out of shadow. One could darken the foreground a little with a gradient brought up from the bottom.
(If the photographer likes this type of scene suggest you look at Sam Able’s work. He picks a great area (scene) and waits for the action to happen.)

Walkway leads nicely to person. Work with shadows to improve facial features. Tells a story.
