A very attractive subject. The flat lighting works well here to show detail in highlights and shadows. Composition is good with the subject placed off-centre looking toward the centre of the image.

Most likely a candid shot, the little tyke is very well exposed and colours of her and the clothing is very well managed. When taking photos like this it is so very important to avoid amputation cropping, as is the case with the child’s fingers.
Good reflections in the eyes, and her action with her hand in her mouth is quite good. If possible, take the background left area out of focus to keep our attention on the girl.

Well captured with the child looking across the frame----a nice pop of colour in the child’s clothes----lots of detail in the main subject which continues through the image--- |
