A bit of humour is presented here with the woman on the right peeking out from her niqab. The background and highlights of the image are too bright, and could have been toned down in processing.
I also find the orange purse and the object at the upper right distracting.

This image is quite telling when one takes the time to examine the small details. Your clever title suggests that we look deeper and when doing so discover things that clear it up. Red polish on the nails, flip flops on one woman, and runners on the other suggest there is more to their comfort than is obvious.
3 subjects is a good point, and their placement in the image is well done. The background is a challenge, and would improve the photo if it was softened or blurred. Also delete the red sign in the top right corner, it is a distraction. A very good example of a documentary photo.

Well caught, sharp focus, there is strength and compassion in the image---tells a story--- |
