Well composed image of people having fun. I don’t think the radial blur filter helps this image because it doesn’t align with the direction of the train’s motion. It may have worked if some key elements of the train were masked when applying the filter.

The use of lens adjustment in the making of this photo suggests a sense of motion. The red train bits on the lower right are distracting, and could be removed or darkened.

The viewer is not sure how the title fits the image----the maker has used the panning/zoom technique in photo shop but in this case, it would have been better to have one part of the subject in sharp focus---- |
