Nice colours and contrast, love the background leaves on the right. Perhaps moving around and capturing from a different angle would increase the interest in the butterfly.

Good subject and color contrast. Overall light needs to be balanced to eliminate the black hole on left side. Use of reflector can accomplish this. The body of insect does not appear sharp, except for tip of left wing.

I applaud you trying to photograph with this in-conducive lighting – part shade and part sun - Images like this one work very well when taken with overcast sky And a great deal of the left-hand side could be cropped off. |
