Clean portrait of the bird. A bit more light needed on the face. Feathers on the top of the head are overexposed. Background is soft, but is still somewhat distracting.

An interesting find, and you did capture the head and eyes in focus. Remove the brown blotch just below the next, it is quite distracting and a bit suggestive. Better for it to not be there.
Also be careful when possible to not crop off the head feathers. And think about depth of field when taking these kinds of shots.

Good documentary photograph of the bird. Good exposure.
Background is nicely out of focus.
Consider how to add a little light to the eye with a reflector. That could also bring out some detail under the bird’s beak.
Bird is somewhat central and the interesting top feathers are cropped.
