Great portrait of this colourful bird. Subject is sharp throughout. Catch light in the eye enhances the image. Unfortunately, the background is overly distracting.

Certainly a very good capture of this colorful bird. It is sharp, with evidence of some clever post processing to enhance the image.
Don’t forget to look at the entire scene, find the weaknesses, like the white burst in the top left corner, and make them go away, or become less significant.
The entire background is too bright, bring it down and allow the bird to shine.

Bird’s head and eye is focus. Color is well done, although vibrancy could be toned down a little in lightroom or Photoshop. Exposure is even across the bird.
The main issue is the busy background with tree as a distraction, immediately behind the bird’s head. Improve with less depth of field or a lens which will produce a smooth background.
