Exposure on the face is good. Background is too bright. Would be stronger is the whole of the bird’s face were visible.

One almost wants to help the bird escape. You certainly have the head and Beak sharp with good detail. The background is quite bring, and distracting.

Good title for image. Good focus on the head with detail on the crown and upper mandible (beak).
Photographer should have positioned slightly lower to get all of beak in the frame. Focus on eyes of bird and disregard focus on the fence.
Tone down large white area of background. It is distracting, and causes one to look past the head of the bird.
