A pleasing scene. Unfortunately, the overall exposure is weak. Some cropping of the foreground would strengthen the image.

It’s clear that your intent was to capture the reflections in this photo. In this transition to Black and White the image becomes quite somber.
The Bird in the pond distorts the reflection as it moves throughout the pond which disturbs the serenity the reflections would have offered.

Good choice for a black & white image.
Uncertain what the photographer wants the eye drawn to in the image. Is it the trees, the reflection or buildings of background?
Image seems to be focused on reflection in foreground, with softness on the trees in mid ground.
