Subject is clear. Exposure and depth of field are good. Strong leading lines frame the focal point.

Nice texture in the rock and grout, with good detail and texture. The Rose appears to have seen better days, but it plays a role in this image as a dramatic stop as one scans the image.

An interesting, central crop to show the image-maker feelings. It is cropped very centrally which draws the viewer’s eye directly to the flower. So does the red color flower set on the contrast of green blue tile.
Consider reducing the exposure by ½ to 1 stop. The rose is too bright. It should be softer against the tile.
