Lovely colours, interesting composition, background complements the foreground. However, the depth of field is very shallow, resulting in lack of sharpness in the lower part of the neck.

An Interesting subject, the Bird is sharp at the eye, and beak. Elsewhere it is soft and not in focus. This can be resolved with a deeper depth of field.
Be careful where you place dominant subjects in the frame. The shot would be better balanced if the bird was moved to the right.

Good close-up of the bird, eye in focus. Good color rendition, with good choice of depth of field. Background nicely out of focus, so it is not distracting.
Consider providing name of bird, or showing some life context.
