Nice strong colours. Depth of field is good. However, subject is too scattered across the image space. Message is unclear.

Good exposure on these two very colorful amphibians. Your title does suggest they are in a bit of a spat, so good choice of a humorous title.
The bottom and top of the photo are out of focus and dark. Consider removing some of both to make this less of an issue.

The color of the frogs draws the most interest to the eye. While the backs are colorful, it may be more interesting to see the eyes of the frogs.
Suggested view is camera at eye level. Did the photographer take a picture with just one frog and show more detail?
