A nice capture of what appears to be just released balloons. The sky and balloons are sharp and well exposed. The sky appears to have been filtered, hence the deep blue sky.

A good attempt to make a creative image.
The background exposure is somewhat unevenly dark.
Some balloons that appear to have been added have red halos and some have a square cutout as an outline. Is this intended? With some photoshop practice, extracting and placing the balloons can be effective, adjusting opacity of another layer is helpful.
