The principle subject matter in this photo is the Boat dock and watercraft. The lower half of the photo is over processed and over exposed. Consider cutting the photo into 2 parts, and make the top half into a panorama to make the dock and boats the centre of interest.

Nice lines and beautiful spot. However, the exposure on the boats is blowing them out. Reframing the image from another perspective may give it more drama as well.

Foreground rocks create a nice leading line which leads the eye into the image. Softer light from a different time of day, or with some light cloud cover, would strengthen the image.
