A nice festive display. This photo would be so much more interesting if it had some people in it. This Mexican cantina offers outdoor dining in a lovely garden, which would also be a nice place to find interesting photographic opportunities.

Nice tourist shot but framing could be stronger, moving in to take out the distracting element along the top and more of the tree to the left. A longer exposure and/or post process work could help bring out the image on the wall above the door, which would also add a great contrasting colour.
