Interesting reflection which is exposed and focused well. Reflections often distort, which is what this one does to make it more interesting to the eye and mind. Looks like a pair of glasses in lowest while middle square window. Good eye from image maker.
The white area at top is a distraction. Is it needed in the photo? Consider either filling it in with dark adjacent color or cropping out.
The strength of the image is the reflection itself, and the whole of the image could be reduced to that part of clouds and building reflection using a generous crop to exclude all other distractions.
Image maker saw a good scene and needs to think about a stronger composition. If you can go back to the building again.

Nice reflection with good contrast. The image is slightly skewed and middle upper edge words are distracting.
