Chosen depth of field works, as does shutter speed which allowed the parts of mane and tail to blow. Good. Focus is sharp on subjects.
Exposure is dark, which should be increased at least ½-1 stop in Lightroom. Add some contrast and open shadows on horses to see their faces. Use a new layer to try to bring up some detail in the sky. If there is not any detail, then crop sufficient sky out from top to make image a panorama.

I like the contrast. / Very artsy image
Waiting for more separation between the feet and heads of the horses (like the middle one that is eating) would create more impact.
