Interesting choice of scene to make the picture, however the choice of where the maker is standing is not ideal … the window on right side is cut off and the dark stains on left side need more space in the frame. When composing the scene look around the edges of view finder or viewing screen.
Good leading line with lane way and building on right side.
Image could have more impact with person closer to photographer; more prominent in image. Or better yet, approaching the photographer.
The light post and wires in background are distracting elements, which could be removed or blurred in photoshop.
Photographer should consider getting in lower position and move to the left to get a better view to eliminate these distractions.
