Excellent documentary or street image! Good position of subject coming down the ramp leading to the viewer. Exposure is even throughout, which may not be optimal.
The ‘old mans’ eyes are focused on the task at hand. This is a good gesture.
Good focus on man, but depth of field (more open aperture, say 5.6) could have helped isolate the subject more.
Consider opening the shadows at the front bag or package on the wheel barrel. Consider darkening the remainder of image EXCEPT for the man. This will direct the viewers eye to the important subject.

Nice documentary work / Lacking impact as a single image but great as a series
Composition would be stronger if anchored by building on right or shooting lower to give the main subject a higher perspective.

Good composition with strong leading line. Shadow adjustment of face will create better human relationship.
