Excellent choice of scene where something (action) to happen. Good exposure from dark to light, with good depth of field choice. But where is the action. This is a picture that shows texture, light and leading line for depth.
All very good, however it is static without a person, people or an animal in it.
Consider removing grate on wall towards upper right of image with CS (select the area and fill it using content aware found in edit).
