Good imagination shown by the image maker. The cyclist is clear enough and going in the correct direction. Assuming the bright area of the dragon means to draw the viewers eye. It does; perhaps too much. Sky and dragon look foreboding.
Image maker could consider making the image darker overall and increasing the contrast. It is too flat to look really sinister.
Good attempt at something creative.
