Nice detail on the tulip, well placed in the frame.
Background is very busy and distracting, using a telephoto lens would have captured this tulip sharply while at the same time muting and softening the background.

Pretty tulip, the star of the party, is nicely emphasized with the colour and focus.
However, the burned out highlights of the other flowers distract from the image.
Shooting early in the morning and later in the afternoon can also help with the light balance and bringing out colours.

A lovely tulip with good detail.
The background is distracting, and the light is quite hard. If the maker lowered their viewpoint, the background would be further away resulting is better bokeh.
Red is a difficult colour to capture and is easy to over-expose. Lower the exposure by ½ to 1 stop. Try capturing this tulip in soft light.
