Interesting title, not sure the car’s face exactly depicts “happiness”; its more like surprise” or “fear”… beautiful colors and exposure is good with good sharpness everywhere.
Try cropping closer to the car detail, we don’t need to see the top parts of the other car neither the grass at the bottom right.

Fun perspective on a car with the personification. Great capture with little reflection on the shiny hood.
The colours reflected on the rim add to the strength and could even be brought out more.
The car behind is distracting and if it couldn’t be moved perhaps it could be removed in post for a competition, otherwise it stays as a documentary shot.

This maker has done an admirable job of isolating this car from its neighbors. The reflections are minimal, giving us a good view of the “happy face”.
Eliminate the distracting yellow bit in the lower left edge. Allow more room for the “face” to look into, if possible.
