Scene is overall very busy with lots to go over. Nice saturation and water reflections adds to the image.
Tone down the exposure a bit and suggest cropping most of the uninteresting white sky off the top even if that means cropping those trees. This will bring the colorful area and more interesting area closer to the eye.

Very cool place! Great travel photos.
Make sure that everything in the image adds to the story being told.
Here the white sky could be left out and the image reframed lower, that would give the grass on the bottom a third, the river a third, and the houses a third, which can create a stronger image.

A colourful scene.
There are many areas in this image to look. Consider a closer crop eliminating some of the distractions. Eliminating the sky or coming in even closer to include only the man, boat and beautiful reflections would be a stronger story.
We want to know what he is doing. Was there a moment, when he had something in his hands?
