Many recent black and white photos are static. But here we are facing an active b&W photo.
Contrast is good. Great shutter speed to freeze lady, Only the scene behind her has burned out and needed a little detail.

Strong composition with depth. Having the feet in the house frame (versus free in the door), along with the half open door creates a sense of grounding and perhaps a lack of freedom.

- Could have been stronger, if the door was open more fully to entirely silhouette the girl.
