He was born in Zagreb on December 25, 1954. Robert graduated in 1979 at the Academy of Fine Arts, Zagreb, Department of Painting.
From 1979 to 1981, he was attending the master workshop, led by Professor Lj. Ivancic and Professor N. Reiser. Since then, he is working as a free artist.
Besides being a painter, he is working as a graphic designer and theatre performance designer.
He has organized twelve individual exhibitions and he has participated in a number of group exhibitions.
