Equipo Cronica (Chroniclers)
Rafael Solbes (Valencia, 1940) and Manuel Valdes (Valencia, 1942) formed up this team. They work jointly on creations that they think out together.
As their name suggests, they are concerned with producing “chronicles”, embodying tendencies and sarcastic realism, of that day events and circumstances.
Works of the writer, Tomas Liorens, has had an important ideological influence on these two painters.
