This building on Georgia Street is quite “photogenic”. (I like using it too).
One suggestion, though. The right column does not contribute to the image; on the contrary, it is distracting, because the windows don't show anything interesting. Simplicity speaks!!!

Good window scene to photograph with color tones and contrast. Interest is created with the light being bounced from the windows.
Although a fairly rectilinear composition, it is the repetition that adds significant interest. Lighting is good, and so a good time of day, adds some interest to the image.
It would be good to see some other images of the building taken at different angles to see if the view might be less static.
