Interesting composition with position of windows helping to achieve balance with the door placement. An effective color and tonal contrast achieved by the photographer. Different shades of brown, contrast with the blue through the windows. The light leak from the door, adds to the balance achieved in the image.
Photographer has introduced texture, which adds to the vintage look of the photograph.
It appears that the HDR or filter effect is overdone somewhat and takes (see halo) at the windows. It takes away from the overall impact of the photograph.

Good job on balancing the exposure both inside and outside. Composition would be stronger if the door were off center.
