This is a stylistic, graphic design – great for a poster.
The lines are well chosen for a dynamic composition.
I get nit-picky, though, about straight edges. The perspective cropping tool will assist you with it beautifully.

Shape of the building and windows somewhat unusual. Exposure is fairly well handled not with standing the high contrast scene. The blacks in shadow are blocked up, but there is detail in that part of the image that can be opened up with a levels or curves, Photoshop adjustment.
Image is a static representation of a part of a building. Colors and tones are flat because of time of day picture is made. Suggest an early morning, or late evening to add to soft colored light to make the image more interesting.
