Cranes head is well composed and relatively sharp. Would be nice to see more of bird’s body at the bottom of the frame. Background has sufficient blur.
Reasonable detail in the beak and neck, however the white area behind the eye should be toned down in L Room to bring in some detail. The image could use more contrast (L R or curves layer to bring out more separation of the bird from the background.
Image is clean without spots or distractions.
Did the photographer get another image with some action or gesture of the bird?
