Both the sculpture and the pigeon are in focus. Exposure looks good; whites are not blown out, while detail in black could be improved to feathers. With unobtrusive background (sky), the eye is drawn to the figure study. Tight crop works well.
The interest in the picture is the sculptures head and bird, however the eye is drawn from the face to the shoulder because it is brighter. The should area should be darkened in L Room or CS enough, to reduce the eye being pulled away from the interesting part of the image.
